There are multiple reasons why you may be experiencing hand or wrist pain. In order to ensure which treatment is right for you the root cause of the pain must be identified.

WHAT CAUSES HAND AND WRIST PAIN?

Depending on how long symptoms are experienced, the condition can be labeled as acute or chronic. It is best to see a doctor as soon as pain lasts more than 3 days. Diagnostic studies such as x-rays, Ct-scan and MRI may be needed to further examine the hand and wrist, identify the cause of pain and prevent an invasive treatment approach.
