Sydney Bliss graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a B.S. in Exercise Science. She continued her education at Delaware State University, where she earned her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. She also holds a Physical Agent Modalities (PAMs) certification, allowing her to incorporate advanced therapeutic techniques into her treatment plans.
Throughout her academic career and professional experience, Sydney has worked in a variety of settings, including early childhood development, hand therapy, orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, neurodivergent populations, and assisted and independent living communities. She also served as Director of Rehabilitation in an assisted living setting, where she led therapy services and supported interdisciplinary care to enhance residents’ quality of life.
Her greatest passion lies in helping individuals return to the activities, roles, and daily routines that bring meaning and joy to their lives.
Outside of the clinic, Sydney enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and spoiling her dog.
